It has wide using scope. It is applicable for the yarn & bobbin dyeing cotton, wool, silk, linen, various fibers. It may form a complete set with various dyeing machines.
It is of the reasonable structure . It is the spring with mesh on four sides, with fine elasticity, good permeability, strong penetration force. It offers 85% of the open area, whichdesign optimizes the flow of dye liquor uniformly all over the package leading to excellent dyeing results.
It causes equivalent savings in chemicals, water, heat energy and power consuption per kg of yarn dyed. It increases the loading of machines by 25 to 30%, resulting higher production and low cost.
